Mission of the Role:
As a (Digital) Marketing Coordinator BeLux, you will play a key role in launching and establishing our brand across the Belgium and Luxembourg. You will ensure that our (digital) marketing presence is locally relevant, culturally accurate, compliant and commercially effective—while supporting the overall execution and optimization of our digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Localize and adapt marketing content (website, CRM campaigns, paid media assets) for Belgium and Luxembourg, with a strong focus on both Walloon, Luxembourg (French) and Flemish (Dutch) audiences.
- Create and build email campaigns (CRM), including copywriting, segmentation, and basic performance tracking.
- Manage and update website content via CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and SEO best practices.
- Support execution of paid media campaigns (e.g., social, display, search), including asset coordination and performance monitoring.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with central/global teams to adapt international campaigns to local market needs.
- Ensure brand tone of voice and positioning are consistently reflected across all digital touchpoints.
- Assist in testing, learning, and iterating digital marketing approaches during the market entry phase.
Your Profile:
- Fluency in French (Walloon/Luxembourg market) and Dutch (Flemish market) is essential; professional proficiency in English required.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, content, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and/or CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of paid digital media (Meta, Google Ads, or similar platforms).
- Strong attention to detail, especially in localization and content quality.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing, and pioneering environment.
- Experience with automotive and automotive communication compliance is a strong plus.
- Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
