Mission Context

The Project Manager ensures the successful delivery of complex strategic projects within the Marketing & Communications department. The role focuses on delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and risk control.

Projects are distinct from operational activities and require coordination of cross-functional teams to achieve defined business objectives.

Function Description

Project Setup

• Define project objectives in alignment with management and stakeholders

• Estimate effort, budget, and resource needs

• Build detailed project plans and delivery roadmaps

• Organize project staffing and manage external suppliers if needed

Project Execution & Monitoring

• Ensure delivery of project outputs within scope, quality, cost, and timelines

• Track progress against plan and manage dependencies and risks

• Ensure all business and technical requirements are properly addressed

• Coordinate internal teams and external partners

Governance & Compliance

• Apply project governance frameworks and gating processes

• Ensure compliance with internal standards (risk, compliance, operational control)

• Guarantee adherence to enterprise policies by all stakeholders and vendors

Reporting & Communication

• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and change tracking

• Deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders and steering committees

• Prepare and support governance meetings and decision-making forums

Stakeholder Management

• Act as key interface between business, IT, and external parties

• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders

• Participate in steering committees and governance bodies

Project Closure & Handover

• Ensure smooth transition of deliverables to operational teams (“run” phase)

• Align continuously with operational teams during handover

• Ensure full documentation and knowledge transfer

Language Requirements

• English: Strong working knowledge

• Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is required or highly valued

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management

• Proven experience managing complex projects in xqknzec fast-paced environments

• Experience in Agile environments is required

• Experience in Marketing & Communications or Financial Services is a plus

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools

• Experience in complex end-to-end project delivery

• Knowledge of Agile frameworks and governance models

• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Campaign is a plus
