About The Role
We are looking for an English-speaking Senior Client Advisor – VIP & Clienteling to join our lululemon store in Brussels.
This role is at the core of our success. You will be responsible for delivering a premium, highly personalised client experience, with a strong focus on clienteling and relationship building.
Beyond day-to-day sales, you will actively develop and manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term engagement, loyalty, and repeat business.
You will act as a brand ambassador, creating meaningful and lasting connections with both local and international clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Clients at Heart
- Interact with clients to ensure an exceptional and personalised experience, always valuing their time
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including high-value and repeat customers
- Proactively reach out to your client portfolio for new collections, product launches, and private appointments
- Assess clients’ needs to provide customised, effective purchase and return solutions
- Provide elevated product education by articulating the value, craftsmanship, and story behind each product
- Facilitate a seamless end-to-end client experience, including accurate and timely transactions
- Move dynamically on the floor to engage with clients and anticipate their needs
- Collect client feedback and partner with store leadership to continuously elevate the experience

Operations
- Perform product presentation tasks according to company standards

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in retail sales (mandatory)
- Experience in premium or luxury retail and clienteling is a strong asset
- Proven ability to build and manage a client portfolio is highly valued
- Strong communication skills in English (French and/or Dutch are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
