Project Manager Marketing & Communication

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager for one of our clients’ teams.

What are your responsibilities?

• Define project objectives together with management and key stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project staffing and collaborate with external partners and suppliers where required.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, quality, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, governance principles, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate and structured project documentation from initiation to delivery.
• Prepare and present project updates, reporting materials, and steering committee presentations.
• Facilitate smooth communication between business teams and all project stakeholders.
• Coordinate the handover of deliverables to operational teams after project completion.
• Functionally lead and support project team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project governance processes within a Marketing & Communications environment.
• Share knowledge, methodologies, and best practices with other project managers and team members.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Project Management certification(s).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong experience with project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Proven track record managing complex projects in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Experience within Marketing & Communications projects is considered a strong asset.
• Experience within regulated or complex enterprise environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of Adobe Campaign is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical mindset.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and hands-on attitude.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Able to take ownership, make decisions, and drive projects forward.
• Fluent in English and at least one local language (Dutch and/or French).
