As part of a major judicial case management transformation program, several strategic projects are being executed simultaneously within a central case-management ecosystem. The program is entering a critical phase involving significant challenges related to data architecture, data quality, data integration, migrations, and release management.

The organization is looking for a senior consultant capable of coordinating cross-functional data-related activities across multiple projects and stakeholders, while supporting operational project governance and ensuring consistency, reliability, and stability of enterprise data flows and production releases.

The role requires a strong combination of:

• Data Architecture expertise

Your mission:

• Coordinate and lead cross-project data architecture activities
• Ensure enterprise-wide data consistency and interoperability
• Drive data quality improvement initiatives across systems and projects
• Support migration and release activities from a data perspective
• Coordinate business, ICT, and external stakeholders on all data-related topics
• Monitor and manage data dependencies between projects and systems
• Contribute to secure and stable production releases
• Support operational project governance and reporting activities
• Ensure alignment between business needs, ICT constraints, and data governance principles
• Contribute to digital transformation and modernization initiatives

Your activities:

Data Architecture & Integration

• Lead and coordinate data architecture initiatives
• Define and supervise data models and data structures
• Ensure coherence between systems and applications
• Manage inter-system integrations and data flows
• Supervise data dependencies across projects and environments
• Support enterprise interoperability initiatives

Data Quality & Governance

• Ensure data consistency, completeness, and reliability
• Identify and resolve data quality issues
• Implement and monitor data governance practices
• Contribute to data quality improvement processes
• Monitor data-related risks and impacts

Migration & Release Management

• Identify and manage data impacts during migrations
• Coordinate data activities during release cycles
• Ensure production readiness from a data perspective
• Support controlled and stable deployments
• Contribute to release validation and production security

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate activities between business teams, ICT teams, and vendors
• Facilitate communication across multiple stakeholders
• Work within complex and multi-project environments
• Support governance committees and reporting structures
• Provide structured reporting to governance bodies and steering committees

Project & Transformation Support

• Support operational project steering and coordination
• Contribute to transformation program activities
• Ensure alignment with enterprise transformation objectives
• Participate in risk management and delivery follow-up
