nanoGrid is growing fast. We build and operate smart energy monitoring infrastructure across Europe.

Our pipeline is strong. Our biggest challenge right now is not sales. It's execution at scale.

We're looking for a Delivery / Operations Manager with a strong electrotechnical background to take ownership of how we deliver projects end-to-end.

Your Mission:

Turn a growing project pipeline into fast, structured, and high-quality delivery.

You will:

• Own project delivery performance across the portfolio
• Lead and coach a team of project engineers
• Build structure into planning and execution
• Improve and scale our delivery processes
• Work closely with our Technical Back Office

Two things that matter a lot:

You understand electrical engineering. This is not optional.

You embrace AI and are ready to apply it in operations: planning, automation, reporting, decision-making.

This is NOT a COO role. We are not looking for a high-level executive or a purely strategic profile. We are looking for a hands-on operator who builds structure, improves execution, and works closely with the team every day.

You are:

• An electrical engineer (or equivalent field experience)
• Experienced in project delivery or operations
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and structured
• A builder who turns complexity into execution
