ASIC Supply Chain Solutions Manager

Initial 12 month freelance contract + potential extensions

The assignment

• Overall planning related to wafer production, assembly, and test activities.
• Defining the supply chain flow and managing the official handover of projects from the engineering team to the production team.
• Monitoring production milestones and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Aligning with the Production team lead on project status and priorities.
• Monthly alignment with sales, account managers, and team lead on customer forecasts and subcontractor capacities.
• Daily follow-up and update of production deliveries using our client’s WIP (Work-in-Progress) database system.
• Reviewing incoming purchase orders from customers and generating corresponding purchase orders for subcontractors.
• Coordinating global shipments to subcontractors and end customers.
• Managing complex projects involving dynamic customer rolling forecasts and evolving subcontractor capacities
