As Product Manager Front Cabin Tableware, you take ownership of a global product portfolio and play a key role in shaping how the company presents itself to customers and partners worldwide.

Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.

You are a go-getter: proactive, eager to learn, comfortable stepping into the spotlight with customers, and socially skilled enough to move projects forward — internally and externally. You enjoy connecting the dots between customer needs, design ideas, brand partners and commercial realities.

Working closely with the Front Cabin Category Director and team, you lead customer projects, develop strong partnerships with premium tableware brands and manufacturers, and translate market insights into compelling, profitable product propositions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Own and grow the product portfolio

Act as the internal expert for assigned tableware categories (ceramics, glassware, stainless steel, linen ware).

Actively monitor market trends, materials, brands and innovations.

Build, develop and manage brand portfolios and partnerships in line with front cabin strategy.

Ensure portfolio positioning, quality, pricing and brand fit are aligned with customer expectations.

Lead projects and customer interactions

Take the lead in customer-driven projects with a solution-oriented mindset.

Translate customer briefs into clear internal project briefs — and vice versa.

Be closely involved in major tenders, from concept to final presentation.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, workshops and innovation sessions to customers and internal teams.

Connect people, teams and ideas

Work closely with Design, Sales, Procurement, Brand Management, Operations and external partners.

Act as a key point of contact between deSter Front Cabin and brand partners.

Provide product expertise and support to Sales and Customer Service teams.

Coordinate sales tools, product documentation, catalogues and standard solutions.

Represent the company externally

Participate in trade shows and industry events.

Contribute to marketing communication, media content and award submissions.

Act as an ambassador for deSter Front Cabin Innovation.

Certifcation, licenses and registration

Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word; graphic software is a plus.

Knowledge of product development processes is an advantage.

Core Competencies Required

You are a curious, positive and proactive Product Manager who enjoys being close to both the product and the people around it — customers, partners and colleagues alike.

You combine a commercial instinct with a strong sense for beauty, design, materials and brand perception. You understand that great products are experiential but also grounded in reality: they need to be well-designed, cost-efficient, manufacturable and scalable.

You feel comfortable presenting ideas to customers and senior stakeholders. You enjoy building relationships and getting things done through people, knowing when to listen, when to persuade and when to take the lead. Taking ownership comes naturally to you — you don’t just manage projects, you drive them.

You are curious, eager to learn and motivated to grow professionally. You actively look for feedback, insights and opportunities to improve — both in your products and in yourself.

At the same time, you are hands-on and pragmatic. When projects move fast or priorities shift, you are happy to roll up your sleeves and support where needed — preparing presentations, coordinating samples, following up with partners or helping push a project across the finish line.

You thrive in an international, fast-moving environment and enjoy operating at the intersection of product, design, manufacturing, brand and customer experience.

You will join a dynamic and international company where innovation and collaboration are key. In return for your commitment, you can expect an attractive and competitive salary package, complemented by a wide range of fringe benefits.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills within a stable and growing organization that values both professional and personal growth. xqknzec
