Business Analyst / Functional Analyst – Financial Services Cards Project (Freelance) – Antwerp

A customer of ours in Antwerp are looking for Business / Functional Analyst to support a cards-related project within a financial services context.

The assignment focuses on analysis of business requirements, translation of financial services processes into functional specifications, and support of delivery teams in the implementation of a cards solution.

The scope includes alignment between business stakeholders and IT, with emphasis on payments, cards lifecycle processes, and associated operational flows.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and functional requirements for a cards-related solution
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes within financial services context
• Support implementation of cards processes (issuance, lifecycle, processing, servicing)
• Coordinate workshops with business, IT, and external stakeholders
• Support testing phases including test case definition and validation
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and system configuration

Profile

• Experience xqknzec as Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in financial services environments
• Knowledge of payments or cards domain (issuance, processing, lifecycle management)
• Experience with requirements gathering and functional specification writing
