Business Controller – Your responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance: KPI tracking, variance analysis, and regular reporting to management
• Act as a true business partner: support operational teams in their decision-making
• Participate in monthly closings: provisions, inventory, fixed assets, and results analysis
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting: preparation, monitoring, and adjustments
• Optimize profitability: cost analysis and support strategic decisions (pricing, purchasing, etc.)

Business Controller – Your profile

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in controlling or audit
• Languages: Fluent French + good level of English (German is a plus)
• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance, accounting, or management
