We’re looking for a Technical Customer Journey Specialist for one of our clients’ teams.
What are your responsibilities?
- Set up, adapt, and optimize digital customer journeys and subscription flows.
- Configure and maintain paywall and subscription experiences across digital platforms.
- Translate business and marketing requirements into technical configurations using JSON.
- Support marketing campaigns from a technical implementation perspective.
- Contribute to CRO initiatives, A/B testing, and conversion optimization efforts.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer experience stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer flows and digital user experiences.
- Support project-based improvements and optimizations across digital platforms.
- Work within an Acquisition & Conversion environment focused on digital growth and performance.
Who are we looking for?
- Strong knowledge of JSON and a solid technical affinity.
- Experience with digital customer journeys, subscription flows, or marketing automation tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable taking initiative and proactively engaging with teams.
- Pragmatic and hands-on attitude.
- Able to work in an analytical, data-driven environment with an informal culture.
- Experience within digital product, marketing technology, or customer experience environments is a plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
