BRUSSELS BASED – FLEXIBLE WORKING  (3 days/week in the office, 2 days remote)

That’s why good isn’t enough anymore (true story: we started in 1991 under the name Good Morning.) But over time, our ambition evolved, our vision sharpened, and we realised what we were really after: greatness. In the work, in the relationships, and in the way we grow together.


Today, we’re a Brussels-based creative agency of 15 passionate people, supported by a network of experienced partners to cover every specific need a client might have. We work across strategy, creation, production, touchpoints and media, building campaigns that elevate brandstell meaningful stories, and create real connections. We believe in collaboration over hierarchytrust over control, and autonomy with support. We’re curious, rigorous, a bit bold and deeply human.


Our clients come from a wide range of industries, from retail to finance to mobility (and more…). Some are well-established brands, others are growing fast and expanding across multiple markets. Their challenges vary, and so do our solutions, from bold 360° campaigns to sharp activations. ARE YOU GREAT TOO?

You’re the kind of person who brings people together, turns ideas into action, and challenges both clients and teams, always in a proactive and positive way, with the goal of making the work better. You’re naturally curious and know how to listen, simplify, structure, and move things forward. You enjoy thinking strategically, but you’re just as comfortable making things happen on the ground.


Here’s what we think makes you a great match:

  • You have around 5-7 years of experience in account and/or project management, ideally in a creative agency or marketing environment.
  • You speak the language of Communication and Marketing Managers. You get what makes them tick: their challenges, their goals, their quirks.
  • You’re comfortable working on local & international scopes, adapting approaches to different markets and audiences (B2B/B2C).
  • You know how to translate your client’s needs into clear, smart briefs and challenge them when needed.
  • You have a strong eye for detail, and a genuine sensitivity to aesthetics and overall brand coherence. You care about how things look and feel, and you naturally aim for a high level of craft and quality in execution.
  • You’re excited by variety in clients, industries, formats and deliverables.
  • You bring solid experience in FMCG, food & beverage or consumer brands, and understand the specific dynamics of these environments.
  • You have hands-on exposure to trade marketing, retail activation or field-driven campaigns, and know how to connect brand thinking with real-life execution.
  • You’re structured, detail-oriented and financially aware (budgets, scopes, timings), without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • You’re native in French or Dutch, with a solid grasp of the other national language, and strong English.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You manage a portfolio of clients, including a key account in a FMCG environment, and act as their main point of contact on a daily basis.
  • You also act as a true strategic partner: helping structure and scale your clients' marketing approach across multiple markets, bringing clear recommendations on brand positioning and activation, and ensuring ideas translate into impactful, real-life execution.
  • You lead projects end-to-end, from briefing and strategic thinking to production, delivery and follow-up.
  • You translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs, and ensure alignment between all stakeholders throughout the project.
  • You build and manage project plans (timelines, budgets, scopes, priorities), and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • You coordinate internal teams and external partners (strategy, creative, social, production, media) when needed.
  • You oversee the execution of campaigns and activations, ensuring consistency, quality and impact across all touchpoints.
  • You monitor the financial performance of your projects (budgets, profitability, invoicing).
  • You proactively identify growth opportunities across your portfolio and turn them into concrete proposals.
  • You ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • You anticipate risks, solve issues proactively, and continuously improve the way things are done.
  • You will report directly to the Managing Director and the Managing Partner.

RECRUITMENT JOURNEY

  • Round 1 > First conversation with 21 grams (60 minute, online)

A warm and in-depth chat with Jessica, our recruitment partner at 21 grams, to explore your background, passions, and skills. We’ll also discuss what excites you about joining Great and why we could be the perfect fit for each other.

  • Round 2 > Meet & greet with our management team at Great (60 minute, on-site)

A face-to-face conversation with our management team to get to know each other. This is your chance to share who you are, how you think, and how you could contribute to our vision. At the same time, we’ll give you a deeper look into Great: how we work, what webelieve in, and what we’re building. Because this step is as much about you discovering us as it is about us discovering you.

  • Round 3 > Case study preparation and presentation (45 minutes, on-site)

You will receive a short case with a few concrete questions related to real client and business challenges, giving you about a week to prepare. You’ll present your approach and recommendations to our management team. This step is not about having “perfect answers”, but about showcasing how you think, how you structure priorities and how you navigate complex, fast-moving environments.
