Business Analyst Compliance

We are looking for a Business Analyst Compliance . In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams across multiple applications and projects related to compliance intiatives.

The position offers end-to-end involvement in the delivery of new digital solutions, from requirements gathering and functional documentation to testing, deployment, and production support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the main point of contact between business and IT stakeholders
• Analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
• Translating business needs into clear functional requirements and documentation
• Supporting implementation and deployment activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Contributing to testing activities, including test scenarios and functional validation

Profile:

• Around 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in KYC, AML , transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting projects within the financial sector
• Fluent in English and in Dutch or French
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
