Lead Product Engineer - Snowflake Platform

Job Location: Beerse / Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

We are looking for a senior Product Engineer to drive the architecture, modernization, and delivery of an enterprise data platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern architecture across Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and BI integrations
• Lead roadmap delivery, modernization initiatives, and technical debt reduction
• Establish standards for coding, testing, observability, metadata, and documentation
• Drive platform reliability, incident management, RCA, and prevention actions
• Mentor engineers and perform technical reviews
• Collaborate with Product & Business stakeholders to translate goals into implementation plans

Required Skills

• Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Python, Apache Airflow , AWS (S3), Oracle, Bitbucket / Jenkins / Jira
