Senior Sales Director


Sales Manager (m/f/d) F/BE/NL, Supplemental Nutrition The Sales Manager F/BE/NL position has been newly defined to manage the division’s growing ambitions. As the lead Commercial position in this large and strategically very important region, this position has high visibility within the company and is an excellent basis for further development. The Functional Food division offers a personal working environment in a small team within a leading and strongly growing provider in this specific sector. Increase sales in the F/BE/NL region through the acquisition of new clients and the development of existing accounts. · Maintain and improve strong business relationship with accounts through face-to-face meetings and visits, email and telephone contacts. · Analyse trends and results of customers, negotiate promotions and set up product knowledge training with accounts and their customers. Support monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc and help to protect our market (Ex. imitation products). · Keep good communication with other colleagues and take timely actions to support and promote related business. · Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. · The new Sales Manager will be based in his/her home office and report to the Senior Manager and Head of Sales Sales driven with some background in food and or food supplements · B2B product or services sales experience in the target industries. Commercially minded self-starter who is used to work autonomously with minimal supervision. · Understanding and Respecting Teamwork and International environment. · Good communication skills in English, French and Dutch is necessary, any other language a plus · Computer skills MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Social Media Application · CV only in English, other applications will be rejected
