As a senior functional AI analyst , you have a passion for data, AI and innovation, combined with the insight to guide business users effectively. Your experience plays a key role: it enables you to translate complex challenges into concrete solutions and strategic improvements.

You take a leading role in the AI innovation process , from rapidly understanding the needs and processes from a business perspective , to conceptualizing the approach as well as managing the implementation in a project setting.

You have experience with AI and/or data implementation projects and translating business needs into functional requirements. You not only take functionalities into account, but also pay attention to security, privacy and ethics.

Your day‑to‑day work brings a diverse mix of responsibilities:

• facilitating workshops and interviews
• engaging in discussions with C‑level clients
• translating business needs into functional/technical requirements
• guiding business users throughout the development and testing process
• shaping business‑oriented AI solutions together with your technical colleagues.

As many of our clients are situated in the Flanders region, you have a good working knowledge of the Dutch language.
