Senior Business / Functional Analyst – Maintenance IT Migration - Freelance We are looking for a Senior Business / Functional Analyst to support a large-scale maintenance IT migration and digital transformation programme within an international industrial environment. The role focuses on analysing maintenance processes, supporting system migration activities, and coordinating between business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of operational and digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: Gather and document business and functional requirements related to maintenance operations and IT migration activities. Translate operational needs into functional specifications and process improvements. Support maintenance system migration, testing, and implementation activities. Coordinate with maintenance teams, IT departments, and external vendors. Organise workshops, stakeholder meetings, and follow-up sessions. Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress. Support data migration, process harmonisation, and user adoption activities. Profile: ~5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Process Analyst within complex environments. ~ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. ~ Experience working between business and IT teams. ~ Freelance. Additional Details: Location: Aalst / Hybrid Contract: Freelance Duration: 12 months initially Start date: ASAP Languages: Dutch required, English required, French is a plus
