Healthcare Sales Professionals Wanted for Recruitment & Talent Consulting

You have experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or medical device sales and enjoy building relationships and working in a dynamic business environment?

This opportunity is designed for commercially minded healthcare professionals interested in transitioning into Talent Acquisition and recruitment consulting within healthcare and life sciences.

Previous recruitment experience is not required. We are specifically interested in candidates from healthcare sales and other customer facing healthcare environments who bring strong communication skills, curiosity, and a people oriented mindset.

Your Role

• Build relationships with healthcare and life sciences professionals across Belgium and the Netherlands while supporting recruitment activities for commercial and medical roles
• Use LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to connect with candidates and expand talent networks within the healthcare industry
• Take part in interviews and career conversations with healthcare professionals from different backgrounds and seniority levels
• Work closely with experienced Talent Acquisition colleagues, hiring managers, and international teams while learning recruitment and talent consulting within a dynamic healthcare environment

Your Profile

• Professional fluency in Dutch, French, and English is essential
• Background in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, medical device sales, biotech, or other customer facing healthcare environments
• Strong communication skills, commercial mindset, and confidence interacting with different stakeholders
• Interest in recruitment, networking, and relationship driven consulting, combined with a proactive and resilient working style. Previous recruitment experience can be an advantage, but is not required
