About the Opportunity

A leading international banking institution is looking for an experienced Corporate & Institutional Banking Relationship Manager to join its Brussels-based team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment with exposure to cross-border banking activities and multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the corporate banking portfolio.
• Manage the full credit lifecycle, including:
• Client onboarding
• KYC & due diligence
• Financial analysis
• Credit proposal preparation
• Loan execution
• Post-transaction monitoring
• Collaborate with front, middle, and back-office teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and excellent client service.
• Monitor client portfolios while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support broader business development and strategic banking initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within corporate and institutional banking.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Corporate banking products
• Credit risk analysis
• Relationship management
• Existing network within the Belgian corporate or financial institutions market is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-focused mindset.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an international multicultural environment.
