Position: Process Analyst SAP HR
We are looking for a Process Analyst SAP HR to support the analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR processes within SAP environments.
You will act as a key interface between HR business teams and IT stakeholders to ensure efficient, standardized, and business-oriented HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map existing HR processes within SAP HR/HCM environments.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process optimization initiatives.
- Gather, document, and challenge business requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP HR solutions.
- Manage incident follow-up, change requests, and functional testing activities.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams, IT departments, key users, and external partners.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, procedures, and process flows.
- Contribute to HR digital transformation and continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor KPIs related to HR operations and propose corrective action plans when needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master Degree.
- Previous experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst in SAP HR/HCM environments.
- Strong understanding of information systems and software development processes.
- Must have : experience in SAP
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Ability to present complex data in an understandable way and make clear strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software like Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to design and implement effective prioritization solutions.
- Fluent in French and English, dutch is an asset.
