You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.

Job Description:

• Map role based learning plans per function
• Structure skill and training requirements across departments
• Coordinate a project focused on risk based quiz implementation after training
• Work closely with subject matter experts and training stakeholders
• Support departments in identifying required training and competencies
• Structure curricula and learning objects within the learning management system
• Support a more skill based and scalable learning architecture
• Align with stakeholders on scope, priorities and implementation
• Support the development of quiz content
• Follow up on timing, actions and communication between involved teams

Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in a GMP environment
• Senior profile with strong ownership and coordination skills
• Experience with learning management systems and elearning platforms
• Experience in project management
• Strong communication skills
• Teamplayer mindset
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and training teams
