We are exclusively supporting an international leader in credit insurance and risk management in the search for a ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐—”๐—ฐ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—•๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ to strengthen its Belgian broker channel.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys managing strategic relationships, working closely with brokers, handling complex financial solutions and developing a high-value client portfolio.

You will manage and develop a portfolio of broker-driven clients, including mid-sized and corporate accounts.

Your mission will be to strengthen broker relationships, ensure a high level of service, respond efficiently to pricing requests, tenders and renewals, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Depending on your background, you may also be involved in more complex corporate or international programs.

This is a senior Account Management role with real ownership, commercial impact and exposure to a strong international environment.

โ€ข Manage your own broker portfolio with autonomy

โ€ข Build strong relationships with brokers, clients and decision-makers

โ€ข Prepare tailored solutions, quotations and pricing structures

โ€ข Lead renewals, negotiations and contractual discussions

โ€ข Follow up on tenders and broker requests with speed and accuracy

โ€ข Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

โ€ข Work closely with underwriting, risk and back-office teams

โ€ข Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements


๐—ช๐—ต๐—ผ ๐˜„๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong commercial mindset and solid exposure to financial services.

Experience in credit insurance is a strong advantage. Profiles coming from banking, insurance, factoring, bonding, brokerage or corporate financial services can also be highly relevant.


You bring:

โ€ข 5+ years of experience in a client-facing credit insurance commercial role

โ€ข Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

โ€ข Experience working with brokers, corporate clients or financial decision-makers

โ€ข A structured, autonomous and solution-oriented approach

โ€ข Fluent Dutch is a must

โ€ข French is a strong plus
