Procurement Category Manager

The company is currently transforming and strengthening its procurement organization, offering the opportunity to play a real strategic role within the business.

This is not a traditional operational buyer position.

You will work at the heart of the organization, in close collaboration with R&D, Quality, Marketing and Supply Chain teams, helping shape sourcing strategies, supplier partnerships and future product developments.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic sourcing of premium raw materials & ingredients
• Supplier relationship management & negotiations
• Complex sourcing projects and RFQ management
• Collaboration with R&D on new product development
• Quality, traceability and sustainability related topics
• Market analysis, risk management & cost optimization
• Contribution to process improvement and procurement transformation

The ideal profile:

• Experience in Food, FMCG or Pharma procurement
• Strong sourcing and negotiation mindset
• Affinity with quality-driven and premium products
• Curious, analytical and improvement-oriented personality
• Comfortable in a dynamic SME-like environment where people truly make a difference
