Technical Analyst Supply Chain / ERP / Logistics This is Fixed term contract no Freelancing The Functional Analyst will support the Supply Chain Transformation Program under the leadership of the Program Manager. The role focuses on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional designs for ERP (SAP) and logistics systems. The Functional Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other analysts to ensure smooth integration and delivery of end-to-end Supply Chain solutions. Support the Program Manager in ensuring successful delivery of Supply Chain transformation initiatives by providing high-quality functional analysis, precise documentation, and thorough validation of ERP and logistics system integrations. Ensure functional alignment across stakeholders and contribute to the robustness and efficiency of future Supply Chain operations. Deep understanding of ERP technical architecture (SAP ECC or S/4HANA) Strong familiarity with data flows, interface monitoring, and error handling SQL for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting Knowledge of technical incident analysis and coordination with development teams Familiarity with ABAP debugging or reading ABAP logic (not development, but analysis) Experience with warehouse automation interfaces (scanners, IoT devices,…) Basic understanding of cloud integration patterns (Azure, AWS) Experience with performance testing or monitoring tools 3–5 years as a Technical Analyst, Integration Analyst or similar technical role ~ Exposure to Supply Chain domains: warehousing, inventory, procurement, order management, logistics ~ Experience in ERP implementation or integration projects (SAP preferred) ~ Experience in environments with high levels of automation or real-time data exchange (scanning, IoT, conveyor systems, robotics) Ability to understand end-to-end Supply Chain process flows Perform gap analysis and translate functional needs into technical requirements Support testing phases (SIT, integration testing, system validation) Understanding of SAP functional modules (MM, WM, EWM, SD) Knowledge of master data structures Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent through experience.
