Senior Node.js Developer – Healthcare SaaS / AWS Serverless

For a healthcare SaaS environment, we are looking for a Senior Node.js Developer to help further build and scale a digital care platform.

You will join a modern product environment where technology has a direct impact on daily operations in the healthcare sector. The platform runs on a serverless AWS architecture, defined through CloudFormation and CDK, using services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, Step Functions, EC2 and AppSync. The front-end is built in Angular.

In this role, you will take ownership of backend development, contribute to architectural decisions and help build scalable, maintainable and high-quality solutions. Quality is a strong focus, with 90%+ code coverage supported by testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, Gherkin/Cucumber and AVA.

There is also room to experiment with AI and explore how AI-assisted development, automation and smart tooling can help the team build software faster and with higher quality.

• Experience with AWS serverless, or strong interest in this area
