Supervisor E&I

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising E&I activities carried out by contractors within a large-scale greenfield Project ONE development. You will monitor the quality, progress, and safety of the electrical installations across six furnaces. Acting as a key point of contact for contractors, you will ensure that all activities are executed according to project specifications, procedures, safety standards, and schedule requirements. This position requires strong technical expertise, a hands-on approach, and solid experience within industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise E&I activities performed by contractors within the Project ONE scope
• Monitor electrical installations for quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications
• Follow up and coordinate site activities to ensure progress according to planning
• Identify and report technical deviations, safety concerns, and scheduling risks
• Coordinate with contractors, site management, and other disciplines on site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an E&I Supervisor within industrial or petrochemical projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, E&I systems, and safety procedures
• Experience working on greenfield projects and supervising contractors
• Available on short notice for an assignment of approximately 1 year in Zwijndrecht, Belgium
