We’re supporting an established and fast-growing technical solutions provider in Belgium that delivers advanced HVAC, building automation, and measurement & control projects across commercial and industrial environments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an M&R / Electrical Work Planner to strengthen their project team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing technical project documentation and work files
• Creating and modifying electrical diagrams and plans
• Producing material lists and managing purchase orders
• Coordinating deliveries and supporting project scheduling
• Assisting Project Managers and field technicians
• Reviewing technical datasheets and execution documentation
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
• Managing project administration and site documentation

Desired Experience

• Technical background in Electricity, Automation, or Electromechanics
• Experience within HVAC, Measurement & Control, or Industrial Electrical environments is advantageous
• Knowledge of E-plan, AutoCAD, or similar design software
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Technically minded team player with attention to detail
• Dutch language skills required; French is beneficial
