Commercial Excellence Consultant | Ghent, Belgium Enterprise sales are changing.
The strongest teams are moving away from admin-heavy processes toward insight-driven, AI-supported selling. We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Consultant to help enterprise clients make that shift in a practical, scalable way.
This is not a traditional consulting role. You will sit at the intersection of Commercial Excellence, Sales Transformation, and AI-driven product adoption, helping organisations embed new ways of working that actually stick.
They are a fast-growing AI company helping enterprise sales teams fundamentally rethink how they work. Their platform helps organisations move from admin-heavy sales processes to insight-driven, high-value customer interactions.
You will lead enterprise implementation journeys end-to-end, guiding clients through the adoption of a modern, AI-supported Solution Selling approach. You will work closely with Sales Enablement and Commercial Excellence leaders to align the platform with their sales strategy and operating model.
A key part of the role is helping sales teams move away from low-value administrative work and toward higher-impact customer interactions enabled by better insights and preparation. Over time, you will act as the link between enterprise stakeholders and product/engineering teams, ensuring that real-world customer needs shape the roadmap.
3 to 5 years in Commercial Excellence, Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, or Consulting
~ Experience in improving sales processes or methodologies
~ A strong understanding of Solution Selling / modern B2B sales motions
~ Confidence working with senior stakeholders and driving change
~ Fluent Dutch + English (French is a plus)
