Audit Manager

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience in external audit.

In this senior role, you will lead audit engagements, manage a team of auditors, and act as the main point of contact for clients, while contributing to the strategic development of the practice.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and oversee external audit missions across a portfolio of clients

– Plan, coordinate, and review all phases of the audit engagement

– Review financial statements in accordance with Belgian GAAP and/or IFRS

– Evaluate internal control environments, identify risks, and lead findings discussions with clients – Draft and review audit reports, management letters, and client deliverables

– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted long-term relationships

– Manage, coach, and develop a team of Senior and Junior Auditors

– Contribute to business development and participate in client pitches when relevant

Requirements:

– Minimum 6 years of experience in an audit firm

– Proven track record in managing external audit engagements and client relationships

– Strong knowledge of Belgian GAAP and/or IFRS

– Bilingual: French/English or English/Dutch

– Demonstrated leadership and team management experience

– ITAA certification (or equivalent) is a strong asset
