Senior Business Analyst (AI & Automation)

Job Opportunity: Business & Project Analyst In this role, you will support the company’s technological transformation by leveraging automation and AI capabilities , helping to drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and enable the delivery of strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Support business stakeholders in leveraging new technologies to increase efficiency and manage increasing operational complexity Translate business needs into clear requirements and align them with implementation teams Act as an ambassador for AI and automation adoption across the organization Analyze, structure, and document business and solution requirements Apply AI expertise within a Transmission System Operator environment to real operational challenges Evaluate the business value of AI and automation use cases Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple technology domains Support training and adoption of new tools within business teams Requirements Minimum 9 years of relevant experience , or equivalent experience in a similar role Master’s degree in civil engineering, commercial engineering, sciences, or equivalent Excellent command of Dutch and/or French , and good knowledge of English Strong understanding of AI technologies and automation solutions available on the market Solid expertise in project management Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills Proven experience implementing AI solutions in a large organization, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g., transmission system operations) Ability to work independently, take initiative, and act in a solution-oriented way Customer-focused, flexible, critical thinker, and strong team player If you are passionate about AI-driven transformation, energy systems, and large-scale digital change , this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of Europe’s energy infrastructure.
