Job Opportunity: Business & Project Analyst

In this role, you will support the company’s technological transformation by leveraging automation and AI capabilities , helping to drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and enable the delivery of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business stakeholders in leveraging new technologies to increase efficiency and manage increasing operational complexity
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and align them with implementation teams
• Act as an ambassador for AI and automation adoption across the organization
• Analyze, structure, and document business and solution requirements
• Apply AI expertise within a Transmission System Operator environment to real operational challenges
• Evaluate the business value of AI and automation use cases
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple technology domains
• Support training and adoption of new tools within business teams

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience , or equivalent experience in a similar role
• Master’s degree in civil engineering, commercial engineering, sciences, or equivalent
• Excellent command of Dutch and/or French , and good knowledge of English
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and automation solutions available on the market
• Solid expertise in project management
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Proven experience implementing AI solutions in a large organization, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g., transmission system operations)
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and act in a solution-oriented way
• Customer-focused, flexible, critical thinker, and strong team player
