AI Transformation Consultant

We’re Hiring: AI Target Operating Model Consultant / AI Transformation Consultant

We are supporting a client on an exciting enterprise AI transformation journey: moving from isolated AI use cases toward a structured, scalable, enterprise-wide AI Target Operating Model.

We’re looking for experienced consultant who can help shape AI governance, operating models, delivery frameworks, and implementation roadmaps across complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current AI maturity, governance, use cases, data, and technology landscape

• Design an enterprise AI Target Operating Model covering governance, roles, processes, and decision rights

• Define AI use-case intake, prioritization, and value-tracking mechanisms

• Support Responsible AI, risk, compliance, and EU AI Act readiness initiatives

• Develop implementation roadmaps and support mobilization of AI governance forums

• Collaborate with business, IT, data, risk, and compliance stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in AI strategy, AI governance, AI/data transformation, or operating model design

✔ Strong understanding of the AI use-case lifecycle from ideation to production

✔ Experience in regulated industries such as banking, insurance, financial services, or public sector is highly valued

✔ Knowledge of Responsible AI, model risk, data governance, or EU AI Act considerations is a plus

✔ Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills

✔ Languages: English required; French and/or Dutch is a plus
