Sales Aftermarket Specialist
Hybrid role in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium | 6 month mission initially
A leading global automotive technology supplier is looking for an experienced automotive
aftermarket sales professional to join their West Europe Sales team and play a key role in driving regional growth and commercial performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong IAM aftermarket experience who enjoys combining hands-on business development, customer management, and commercial coordination in an international environment. In this role, you will support growth across the aftermarket network including distributors, wholesalers, and buying groups throughout the region.
Key responsibilities
• Developing and growing business with key aftermarket customers and partners across West Europe
• Identifying opportunities within the IAM ecosystem
• Supporting negotiations, tenders, pricing strategies, and customer development plans
• Driving revenue growth and market share expansion
• Coordinating sales activities across multiple countries
• Supporting pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial campaigns
• Acting as a go-to person for a small international sales team
Background / Experience
• 5+ years experience in automotive aftermarket sales with a strong focus on operational and customer-facing activities.
• Strong understanding of IAM networks across West Europe
• Proven track record in business development and key account management
• Comfortable operating in an international/matrix organisation
• Fluent English communication skills - Additional European languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%
