We're expanding our Brussels team and looking for Business Managers to own a desk across Finance, Technology, HR & Legal, whether you're taking your first steps or you're a seasoned professional ready for your next challenge.
Your Mission
This isn't a support role. You run your own business within Sander : from the first client call to the candidate's first day on the job.
On the Sales side
- Map your market, identify decision-makers and pick up the phone
- Build your client portfolio from scratch through cold calling, networking and relentless follow-up
- Pitch, negotiate and close : you own the full sales cycle
- Nurture your client relationships so they come back before they even think of going elsewhere
- Be the person your clients trust, not just the recruiter they call
On the Talent side
- Hunt the best profiles through direct approach, LinkedIn and your growing network
- Run structured interviews and assess both hard skills and cultural fit
- Build shortlists, manage feedback loops and steer offer negotiations
- Walk your candidates through every step : from first call to signed contract
- Build a talent community that belongs to you and compounds over time
Who We're Looking For
Attitude first, experience second. What we need is someone commercially wired, resilient under pressure and genuinely energised by human interaction.
- Junior : bachelor's degree minimum, commercial instinct and a hunger to prove yourself
- Medior/Senior : 2+ years in B2B sales, recruitment, business development or consulting
- Cold calling doesn't scare you : silence on the other end just means you call again
- Minimum bilingual French & English or bilingual Dutch & English
- Sector background is a bonus, not a requirement, curiosity is
