About the Role
We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to join a dynamic and international environment focused on delivering high-quality digital solutions. You will be part of a team responsible for building and evolving applications that support multiple internal departments such as HR, Communication, Security, and other corporate functions.
This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of scalable and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives
- Translate business requirements into clear and structured user stories ready for development
- Break down features into development tasks and accurately estimate effort and complexity
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Design, develop, test, and document high-quality ServiceNow solutions following best practices
- Monitor and report progress on a regular basis to ensure transparency and alignment
- Deliver robust solutions on time while maintaining high quality standards
Your Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related IT field
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development
Technical Skills
Must-have
- ServiceNow certifications:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
Nice to have
- Experience with API integrations and external system connectivity
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio
- Familiarity with Git-based source control
- Exposure to AI-driven features such as Now Assist
Bonus Skills
- ServiceNow Micro-Certifications (Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, IntegrationHub, Predictive Intelligence, Mobile App Development)
- Experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
- Basic knowledge of Python for scripting and automation

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle context switching
