In this role, you will support the Purchase Manager in daily operations while gradually getting opportunities to take more ownership of suppliers and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a high-impact purchasing role in a rapidly evolving company.

Support the Purchase Manager in all procurement-related activitiesMaintain accurate purchasing data and ensure proper follow-upCommunicate with suppliers regarding offers, samples, pricing and issuesMonitor deadlines and actively manage ad hoc requestsAssist in supplier evaluation, performance tracking and improvementContribute to cost optimization and negotiation processesTake ownership of specific purchasing projects independentlyGradually manage a portfolio of suppliers as you grow into the role

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurementStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data managementWell-organized and structured working styleAbility to manage deadlines and respond effectively to ad hoc requestsGood communication skills and comfortable interacting with suppliersDemonstrates maturity, ownership, and a proactive mindsetHands-on mentality and approachGood negotiation skills or willingness to develop themFluent in English, French, and Dutch (both written and spoken)
