Databricks Lead Engineer - Brussels - €1100 - Per day - Freelance

Databricks Engineer – Brussels (Hybrid)

We’re currently looking for an experienced Databricks Engineer to join a major energy sector client based in Brussels. This is a long-term freelance opportunity working on large-scale data and analytics initiatives within one of the leading organisations in the industry.

The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week onsite in Brussels.

Key details:

  • Location: Brussels
  • Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week
  • Rate: €1,100 per day
  • Contract: Freelance / Consultant
  • Industry: Energy

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks in enterprise environments
  • Good knowledge of Spark and Python
  • Experience building and optimising data pipelines
  • Azure experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to work closely with data teams and business stakeholders
  • Previous experience in large, complex organisations is a plus
