OSP Design Manager

ZTE is setting up an organization for the deployment of a major FTTH Rollout in Belgium. We are looking for a OSP Design Manager to establish an efficient design for the delivery of this project. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of OSP cabling systems.

Responsibilities

1. Together with the Plan Control Manager, design the planning for the project delivery and ensure that it matches the customer needs
2. Support the delivery of the project
3. Understand the customer's design specification requirements, and pass them on to partners in a timely and effective manner
4. Monitor the implementation progress, and be responsible for the quality of the output
5. Ensure continuous improvement and enhancement
6. Conduct the preliminary review of the workload and bill of materials in the output of the subcontractor's LLD to ensure reasonableness
7. Establishing and improving relationships with customers and improving the pass rate of design results are the top priority

Qualifications

1. Rich experience in COMSOF Fiber or equivalent smart software tools for FTTH HLD/LLD
2. Experience in QGIS, ArcGIS Pro and AutoCAD
3. Previous experience in projects regarding ODN/FTTH deployment would be a plus
4. Good Dutch and English, both written and oral. French would be a plus.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. We are looking for an adaptable, driven, and result-oriented team-player
7. Well know the process ODN design, construction rules.
8. Good experience of survey, design of ODN project and create BOQ, and BOM.
