Logistics Engineer

We are looking for a Logistics Engineer to join a manufacturing and supply chain environment focused on optimizing logistics operations through innovation, digitalization, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will analyze material and goods flows, identify operational bottlenecks, and help implement smarter and more efficient logistics processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic projects that improve operational performance and future-proof logistics activities. Data-driven decision-making, automation, and process optimization are central to the way of working.

• Analyze logistics operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, flow, and overall performance
• Coordinate and optimize inbound, outbound, and internal goods movements across operations
• Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and digital tools
• Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to deliver sustainable process improvements
• Contribute to project execution by driving timelines, tracking KPIs, and ensuring successful implementation

What We Expect From You

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience within logistics, supply chain, or industrial operations
• 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics engineering or process improvement roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with continuous improvement and Lean methodologies
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is required
