Maintenance & methods engineer (m/f/x)

agap2 is a European engineering consultancy active across various industrial sectors such as large infrastructure works, process industries (life science, food & beverage, chemistry), energy, and transport. As a Maintenance & Methods Engineer , you will play a key role in supporting maintenance operations on industrial sites. Working closely with technicians and reporting directly to a senior Technical Leader, you will contribute to improving maintenance methods, equipment reliability, and field interventions efficiency. This position is highly operational and field-oriented, requiring daily interaction with maintenance teams and production stakeholders. Support maintenance teams in the daily follow-up of technical interventions and operational issues. Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of mechanical elements within larger systems. Conduct research to remain up to date with industry trends , standards, and emerging technologies. Contribute to the development, optimization, and implementation of maintenance procedures and reliability improvements. Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering , or a related technical field. First experience in industrial maintenance ethods, reliability, or production support. Knowledge of maintenance methods (TPM, AMDEC/FMEA, RCA, Reliability tools).
