Maintenance & methods engineer (m/f/x)

As a Maintenance & Methods Engineer , you will play a key role in supporting maintenance operations on industrial sites. Working closely with technicians and reporting directly to a senior Technical Leader, you will contribute to improving maintenance methods, equipment reliability, and field interventions efficiency.

This position is highly operational and field-oriented, requiring daily interaction with maintenance teams and production stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support maintenance teams in the daily follow-up of technical interventions and operational issues.
• Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of mechanical elements within larger systems.
• Conduct research to remain up to date with industry trends , standards, and emerging technologies.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems.
• Contribute to the development, optimization, and implementation of maintenance procedures and reliability improvements.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering , or a related technical field.
• First experience in industrial maintenance ethods, reliability, or production support.
• Strong interest in field operations and direct interaction with technicians.
• Knowledge of maintenance methods (TPM, AMDEC/FMEA, RCA, Reliability tools).
• Be adaptable, autonomous, and proactive to meet the diverse challenges of our missions.
• Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration with all stakeholders.

Depending on project needs, one of the following profiles is required:

• French + English (full professional proficiency)
• Dutch + English (full professional proficiency)
