Your function

Our client is one of the leading international actors in both land-based and online gaming, combining innovation, technology and entertainment within a highly regulated environment. As part of its continued international growth, the company is looking for a Regulatory Officer to strengthen its Legal team and support its Dutch online operations.

In this role, you will operate at the crossroads of regulatory, compliance and business advisory matters, acting as a key legal partner for the Dutch market and collaborating closely with the Belgian headquarters, Compliance teams and local stakeholders:

• Act as a key legal point of contact for the Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA)
• Coordinate gaming licence maintenance and renewal processes for the Dutch market
• Manage regulatory notifications and reporting obligations under Dutch gaming regulations
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the online gambling sector in the Netherlands
• Advise the business on commercial initiatives, partnerships, campaigns and new product features
• Coordinate litigation management with external counsel and internal stakeholders
• Support Compliance, Customer Support and Responsible Gaming teams on regulatory matters and escalated player complaints
• Develop and update internal guidelines and processes to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Dutch Law
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience within a regulatory, compliance or legal environment
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. French is considered a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a pragmatic business approach
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks within a fast-moving environment
• Team player with a strong sense of autonomy and ownership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of common IT and communication tools
