Service Desk Engineer (Remote)


Description: We are looking for multiple IT Support Specialists for various clients across several cities. Multiple positions are available. Work will be on rotating day/night shifts, 7 days a week . Provide L1/L2/L3 support for hardware, software, and network incidents. Communicate effectively with users and escalate issues as needed. Profile: Trilingual: French / Dutch / English – mandatory. Minimum 3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience . Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, VPN, and networking . Ability to work on rotating shifts .
