In our atypical office near Brussels, you’ll find our designers, product developers, the marketing department, logistics and almost everyone else involved in making our brand what it is. We have our own photo studio, rooftop terrace, yoga room, kitchen, plus plenty of room for a lot of people to work, all in an inspiring and people-friendly environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, solution-oriented and dedicated colleague to join our Customer Care Specialist. You will support customers throughout their journey, from product questions and order follow-up to returns, refunds and delivery issues. Collaborate closely with logistics, retail, IT, e-commerce and finance teams
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer care role, preferably in retail, fashion or e-commerce
Fluent in English and French or Dutch, both written and spoken (Dutch is a strong plus)
Customers feel understood, supported and treated fairly
Internal teams receive clear and actionable feedback
