Site Coordinator / Werfcoördinator (Fluent Dutch)

2 year freelance contract + possible extension

Leuven, Belgium (5 days onsite/week)

The Assignment

Responsible for monitoring and coordinating mechanical projects, such as the installation of a heating and cooling network.

Works according to method statements and risk analyses to be requested from the contractor and reviewed, enabling you subsequently draw up safety work permits.

Will chair start-of-work meetings for e.g. lifting operations.

Will coordinate between the various disciplines, e.g. with the electrical and automation teams.

Check the works for correctness according to technical standards as well as in accordance with the execution plans.

Required knowledge and skills

3 years of relevant experience in a technical position

Technical knowledge of HVAC and/or water installations (such as high purity water, wastewater)

Dares to take initiative and ownership of their tasks

An open and clear communication style with project engineers, our client and project managers, and external parties. Ensures a pragmatic solution together with the project team.
