Freelance Lead .NET Developer Antwerp, Belgium We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Lead .NET Developer to join our client's dynamic team in Antwerp. As the Lead .NET Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading the development team, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities: # Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment. # Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable .NET applications in accordance with client requirements. # Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and quality assurance, to ensure successful project delivery. # Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. # Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating best practices into the development process. # Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting code quality and adherence to coding standards. # Work closely with project managers to estimate project timelines, identify risks, and propose effective solutions. Requirements: # Proven experience as a Lead .NET Developer or similar role. # Extensive hands-on experience with .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies. # Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. # Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a development team. # Experience with agile development methodologies and tools. # Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. # Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely solutions. # Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
