Daikin designs, manufactures and distributes air conditioning and heating systems for commercial, residential and industrial applications. Daikin is the market leader in the field of air conditioning and also offers Total Comfort Solutions in the fields of cooling, heating, ventilation and related techniques. We are seeking a Talent Advisor (Recruiter - Dutch/French) to support our Daikin account in Belgium. Your main mission is to drive the direct delivery of first-class Engineering & Support profiles for our client. At Randstad Sourceright, the Talent Advisor role is both challenging and impactful. Collaborating with a team of experienced experts, you will take the lead in crafting tailored recruitment strategies for all open vacancies. Manage candidates through the whole recruitment cycle with a proactive approach ensuring best in class candidate experience. Guide intake meetings, screen potential candidates, schedule and conduct interviews. Collaborate with Hiring Managers and appropriate internal team members, to ensure that adequate sourcing and screening support is provided. Act as an advisor to the client on an appropriate strategy. Ensure all recruitment activity is captured in real-time on the client’s ATS system and/or any other database. A proven track record of minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting engineering, supporting business roles. You are an HR Expert able to lead a variety of human resource projects and provide advice in the area of Talent & Organisational Development on local & international level. Corporate or staffing recruitment experience. You are able to work independently and have a self-starting kind of mindset. You are fluent in both Dutch and French (this is a must-have) and have a good command of English.
