Tactical Marketing Manager


We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Tactics & Process Advisor for one of our clients’ teams.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Further develop and finalize the promotion vision, promotion strategy, and governance frameworks.
  • Translate strategic promotion guidelines into operational processes and annual planning models.
  • Develop and implement promotion rules and frameworks across the organization.
  • Translate marketing and communication objectives into measurable business goals and KPI-driven processes.
  • Develop service concepts for independent entrepreneurs and franchise models.
  • Differentiate services and propositions based on segmentation, store types, and business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for new commercial and marketing services.
  • Further develop the Marketing & Communication roadmap in line with strategic business objectives.
  • Integrate B2B and B2C initiatives into a structured roadmap planning approach.
  • Actively contribute to transformation programs focused on customer experience, retail media, platform development, and business services.
  • Optimize processes and collaboration across multiple departments and business domains.
  • Bring forward innovative ideas, market insights, and commercial inspiration.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through analysis of business value, CAPEX/OPEX, and commercial performance.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic marketing, commercial advisory, or process-oriented consulting roles.
  • Strong experience within retail is an absolute requirement.
  • Proven expertise in promotion strategy, marketing processes, and commercial optimization.
  • Experience within complex B2B2C or franchise environments.
  • Strong understanding of governance, service development, and process management.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational roadmaps and scalable processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with insight into business value, BVOR, CAPEX, and OPEX.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
