Our client is a leading European organization in a regulated infrastructure environment, undergoing significant digital transformation to support future-oriented operations and sustainability goals. The organization is investing heavily in automation and artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and system resilience. The consultant will act as a Business & Project Analyst specializing in AI and Automation , positioned at the intersection of business and IT . The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and implementing AI-driven initiatives , while supporting business teams in adopting new digital capabilities. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements Support training and enablement of business users Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery 9+ years of experience in business analysis / project delivery roles ~ Fluent in English + Dutch and/or French Start: ASAP Full-time assignment
