Job Title: Logistic Coordinator

Department: Operations

Reports To: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Milmort/Legia Park, Belgium

Position: Full Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team in Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics flow of medical devices and related products, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective distribution across domestic and international markets. You will play a key role in maintaining high service levels while adhering to strict regulatory and quality standards specific to the medical technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate RMA process, open RMA ticket in ERP system, follow-up and receiving RMA products and transfer to investigation
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of medical devices, components, and supplies
• Ensure compliance with EU regulations, GDP (Good Distribution Practice), and internal quality standards
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers to optimize delivery performance
• Manage inventory levels in collaboration with warehouse and planning teams
• Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving delays or disruptions
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates)
• Support product traceability and batch tracking in line with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Customer Service
• Analysis logistics data and KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
• Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance inspections

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in the MedTech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs procedures
• Familiarity with GDP and medical device regulatory requirements is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably MD365) and logistics tracking tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication skills in English; French and/or Dutch are highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible mindset
• High level of accuracy and accountability
